1994 Pontiac Sunbird Car hesitates in warm weather

1994 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 132000 miles
My 94 Pontiac Sunbird seems to run fine when the weather is cold around 30 degrees and below. When the weather warms up my car hesitates when driving down the road and almost stalls when accelerating from a complete stop.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure when this happens (when it's warm outside)? Have you checked for vacuume leaks?
