1992 Pontiac Sunbird Repair Question

Won't start. it has fuel and spark.
Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles
My Sunbird ran well. One morning it turn on, but it started to choke and turned off.
The starter works, the spark plugs are new. I changed the spark plug cables, the ignition coil pack, it injects fuel. It wants to turn on, but it doesn't.
Electricity is OK, the spark is strong.
It's been 4 months since I haven't driven the car.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump if okay. Check the valve and ignition timing.
