If you have the inside hood release you might be able to find the cable leading to the latch between the grill and radiator and get ahold of it with vise grips or the like and give a pull on that to pop the latch open, if that is what has snapped on the latch you are going to have to try to get a screwdriver or something up to where the latch hooks and try to push the hook over to where it pops loose. Hard to tell you what to do without seeing it but hopefully this might point you in the right direction for what you need to do. LOL :roll:
