our 1991 sunbird wont start. all the lights come on when key is on. the fuses are all good. it wont even click when we turn it over. we tried puting a new cylinode in the car and still wont start. it will start with a screwdriver touching all the prongs. but nothing with the key. we took a test light under the car and get power on the power wires but none from turning over the key.
