A while back my car started very slowly as if the battery was low. After that the car would not start at all. When I turn the ignition there is no click no sounds at all. The battery has since been replaced as has the starter, solinoid, ignition switch, and ignition tumblers. I have also looked at the fuses and they are also fine. The car will start when jumped at the starter and I am running out of places to look do you have any ideas?

Battery cables need eiter replacing or maybe the negative cable is not contacting ground at the engine block good enough, remove them and clean the ends till they shine...BOTH ends! Then if no good check the fusible links at the starter.
