2002 Pontiac Montana replace bulbs in the radio and rusted

If you remove the radio, check to see if the front is removeable. If it is, remove it to check to see if there are replaceable bulbs.

As far as the rockers, I would check the internet to see if the aftermarket body panel sites sell rockers for this vehicle. They may be hard to find. Other than that, try a dealer.
