the plug wires are stuck how do you get them off there melted to the plugs and i cant pull them off

Hello,
If you have room and can get down close to the plug use a pair of pliers and try twisting the boot.
Also, it may not be that the boot is stuck to the plug, if you don't pull the wire at the wright angle it won't come off that easily.
