Where is the thermastat on a 1999 pontiac montana? My fan stopped working changed relays and was told that it might be sensors on the housing of my thermastat but don't know where it is to check. Please help

Find the top radiator hose(big rubber hose coming out of the top of the radiator, to the right of the hood latch and just over in the engine compartment, about 2 1/2" dia.) Follow it back to where it connects to the engine/thermostat housing. The cast part the hose is connected to is the thermostat housing. If your thermostat is opening correctly this hose should get hot to touch, right when the engine thermostat opens and before the engine temp reaches 210deg.F(usually 160-190f)
Did you check all your fuses, there should be 2 30amp maxi fuses(big staple type under hood in relay box)
