How do I replace the thermostat on a 1997 Grand Prix?

Follow the upper radiator hose to the engine, unbolt the 2 bolts remove the old thermostat, scrape all gasket off, and install new one with the copper spring pointing to the block, snug the bolts evenly, so you don't crack the housing! Not too tight!
