My brakes and blinkers work but the constant lighting of tail lamps and fogs dont. I did have a fog lamp replaced due to water getting in it but I didnt have this problem until a few days after the repair. When replacing the fuse it blows as soon as I turn on the lamps. PLEASE HELP!

If your fog lights and tial lights are on the same fuse, try unplugging all the lights controlled by this fuse. Then inspect all the connectors for the lights looking for shorts or corrosion. If the fuse is holding, plug the lights in one at a time until the fuse blows. This should narrow down the problem.
