would mass air flow sensor have anything to do with the air conditioner not blowimg cold air? it is fully charged,fueses are ok, clutch is working.

No, if the compressor runs, and you are sure the system is at the correct capacity, then look into the temperature blend door inside the ductwork behind the dash. A scan for B codes will confirm if this is the problem.
