I have read similar ?s in your Q&A but I need to know where to check the blower motor for 12 volts like you recommend if the ac is cool but the fan isn't blowing. My problem comes and goes. It hasn't quit altogether yet.

Under the glove box area on the bottom of the dash there is a panel remove that then there is your blower motor when the blower motor doesn't work then unplug the blower motor and see if you have battery voltage and ground to the plug with the blower switch on high.If you do then you have a bad connection or a bad blower motor.
