My Pontiac was sitting for about 4 days. When I started the car, the dash board, gas guage, speedometer, etc. Did not work like it was out our something then the power windows, power locks and AC did not work also. Once I started driving the dashboard did light up as normal but went out again like it was a short or something. Then the locks started working again. But as for the AC and windows no deal. I checked the fuses and they seem to be ok. Again the dashboard comes on and off. But the AC and windows will not work. I live in Atlanta and its hot driving w/ out AC nor power Windows. Please help. Can't take much more of driving in a sauna.

Thanks.

Sounds like a short to me. Did you check the big fuses under the hood also?

Check your voltage regulator at the alternator. If you this checks out ok then you should check the positive 12V from your battery to the chasis fuse box and the powertrain fuse box for loose or corroded connections.
