Although brutally cold I have thawed all hoses and can blow air through them. Fluid does not come when when switch turned. Cannot hear motor trying to push fluid through. Where is motor?Could be fuse?
Thanks, Brian

Remove the washer motor connector, check for 12V while someone depresses the button, If 12V is present then the lines are frozen. You will have to replace them or get into a garage for a couple of hours. Replace washer fluid with -35 below stuff.

If you do not have 12V, then motor or fuse.
