I HAVE A RATTLING NOISE IN NY FRONT SUSPENSION WHEN DRIVING OVER SMALL BUMPS(WASH BOARD TYPE). A FRIEND SAID IT COULD BE THE RUBBER DONUT IN THE SHOCK TOWER. IS THERE SUCH A THING AND IF SO, HOW HARD IS IT TO REPLACE?

Inspect the front suspension first. I have seen GP's where the sway bar has broken. Inspect all the front suspension components first (ball joints, tie rods, bushings, control arms, sway bar, hub assy. Etc.)
