2001 Pontiac Grand Prix ABS light comes on

After you start the car & take off the brake pedal starts vibrating & you hear a grinding noise then the ABS light & the TRAC off light comes on & then stays on. We had a couple of Hub assemblies put on the front drivers side but it still does it. Could it be a sensor or something that is falsely activating the ABS? We've fought this problem for a few years now.Please help!!!
