2000 Pontiac Grand Prix heater

My heater works fine in defrost and through the vents but when I put it to the floor no heat goes there. How can I fix this

I have the same problem. I cannot figure it out. I hope some one answers this question. I have looked for vacuum leaks and I am lost.
PS My feet are cold.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
