I have the window seal replacement part, however, I am not sure how to remove the old and install the new. Any advice?

Which window do you have the new seal for? Let me know & I'll try to help.

Is it the seal that runs along the bottom of the window (Top of the door) or the one that runs around the sides and top of the window?

It is the one that runs along the top. It has a channel or something because the part has a metal strip on the bottom with holes in it. But I only see 1 screw and I am afraid to pry it off. I am really bad about breaking things with force! :)

You need to remove the door panel to replace this weather strip, There will be a few screws you need to remove, I know one is in the well of the door pull (may be under a cover that you will need to pry up) and one is behind the in side door handle, not sure how many others there are. The rest of the fasteners are push in connectors, which all you have to do is pull on the door panel. Just be carefull when you pull it off that all the screws are removed. If you encounter excessive resistance check for hidden screws.
If you have problems I may be able to find the R&R proceedure, but my ususal database does not have it.
Let me know,
Dan
