my sister just bought a car and the track off light stays on how much does this cost to fix and how difficult is it to fix and is it necesary to fix thanks melissa

It may be as simple as a bad connection to the wheel sensor. If wheel sensor is loose, traction control will be disabled.

Have tracion control system scanned, this will have to be done at dealer or garage with ability to scan "C" chassis codes, and "B" body codes.
