Loud knocking noise coming from the front side cylinder and the more I push the cash the faster the knock I can hear a noise that is not a knock sometimes its more like a screech. I do have great oil pressure and supercharger is working great is it possible a rod popped or a valve brook? I need ideas! Also allot of oil blowing up threw front valve cover and burning up on the exhaust also strong smell of oil in the exhaust

Start by checking compression with a mechanical gauge.
It may be a broken pushrod or rocker arm. Compression test will steer you in right direction.

While possible the piston is bad, don't assume anything without evidence.

The valve cover comes off after removing anything in the way like engine supports.

If compression test checks out the remove the valve cover and check the rockers, pushrods.

If you have low compession on adjacent cylinders then most likely a head gasket. If you have 0 compression on one cylinder then most likely a broken intake pushrod or intake rocker.
