1999 Pontiac Grand Prix Engine oil above rocker cover

My girlfriends gran prix seems run a miss once in ahwhile and I noticed fresh engine oil on the upper backside of rocker cover and now she is starting to smell fresh burnt oil?

You probably need to change the valve cover gaskets, use a premium gasket like FelPro, and do not overtorque the bolts.

I would replace the plugs and wires for the miss, and if it continues, you may have a bad/weak coil pack.
