The heater blower motor blows on high only, even when the fan speed switch is unplugged. I replaced the blower motor because of this and noisy bearings, but the problem persists. Any clue as to what the problem is.

If the blower relay is stuck in the on position, It will run all the time.

The parts book didn't show a separate relay, so the relay may be part of the resistor assemble. I'd test the circuits at the resistor.
