At approx 4000 rpms the engine falls flat and wont rev any higher. This occurs either driving or in park. The fuel filter was just replaced. Otherwise drives fine and will do interstate speeds as long as you dont try to pass or kick the tranny down to a lower gear.

It does this because there is a rev. Limiter in the PCM that will only allow it to hit 4,000 rpms with no load on the engine. This is done so dummies don't blow up their engines with excessive rpms.
