I have a new battery, new alternator, new starter, and new hot wire ran from the battery to the starter and something keeps killing the battery.

Does anyone no what it is?

Hello, check for a battery drain, if it is excessive, start pulling fuses, one at a time, when you pull the fuse on the problem circuit, the drain will not be excessive. You can also check for lites that may be staying on, interior--glove box-- in the trunk--under the hood. Dark thirty is the best time to check.

A new alternator doesn't mean the charging system is working ok? Maybe a problem with a wiring circuit?

The ABS and brake light are on as well. Could this cause the battery to lose all of it's power?

Not unless they stayed on with the key off.
