Was haviing problems with engine light coming on and it shutting off. Like pulling off from a stop light, it would shut off. He would let it sit a minute and then it would start back up. Then started surging. Changed fuel filter, getting plenty of fuel pressure now. But car will not start. It will turnover however. Hooked up a engine code scanner and it did not come up with any errors.
