1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Blower Motor in 97 SE 3.8

Blower motor only works on highest setting #5.
When speed is set to any speed 1-4 the headlights go out. The light come back on when the speed switch is set to 0 or 5.
I have replaced the speed resister and speed switch without any change in symptoms.
I would appreciate any help.

Check ground 201. The drl module and hvac control use the same ground. The component locator says it is located on steering column support. Wiring diagram says it is located behind passenger side fuse box?
