Hello, Im currently dealing with a serious leak out of the top of my 93 pontiac crand prix radiator. I have tryed a few stop-leaks and none have worked. I head it is possible to use JB weld to close the hole, but its in a very hard to reach location. What is the best way to remove/tilt the radiator to access the leak?

No stop leak product will fix a large (serious) leak in a radiator. It may ("MAY") work for a few days, but in the end it will just cost you more time and money. You would be best to just remove and replace the radiator with a used or new one.
