The thermastat is located on the leftside(driverside)of the intake manifold. If you follow the upper radiator hose to the engine it hooks to the thermastat housing. There are two bolts that hold the housing on..
Hint: when replacing the thermastat remove the top bolt and just loosen the bottom bolt. The thermastat housing is slotted for the bottom bolt so you don't have to remove it all the way...
