Need to find the blower motor for 1999 Grand Am

I have had the resistor replaced once already in my Grand Am. I am not paying to have it fixed again as I feel I can do it myself. I just need to locate the motor itself. I believe it is under the dash by the glove compartment but does it require me to take the facing off the dash, or is it accessible by just reaching up underneath?
