'99 Pontiac Grand Am - ABS & Traction System issues

This is the first time this has happened...

I'm having problems again with my traction system turning off because it thinks it detects something, I had it fixed about 2 years ago and now it is starting in again.

The ABS light will come on wheneven I go in reverse or making turns going slow (ie. in a parking lot) and also turning on a small dip.

It was especially dangerous when we had an ice storm a few weeks back and the whole traction system would shut down almost results in me having an accident...

I looked into when I had this done and my invoice says August '05... it shouldn't go bad that quick, right???

It says "replaced intermittent left front wheel bearing, bearing and hub assembly, front wheel left."
