My 1999 Pontiac Grand AM LE won't start after I drove through a fairly deep puddle. I made it through, and then it stalled. Initially it would not crank and now - an hour later - it cranks but will not turnover.

Could be worse, there a corvette that did not quite make it.

ouch , this mat turn in to a big problem im sorry to say , if you ingested water into the intake system while going through the puddle , you may have hydrolocked the engine and caused internal damage , one easy way to find out is to pull all of the spark plugs out and have somewone else crank the engine and see if water shoots out of the cylinders , please dont attempt to do this with plugs in as this will cause more damage
thanks
if you are happy with the info please leave feedback we all here do this for free feedback is a way of saying thank you for the help
