Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2004 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105K miles
Vehicle makes hollow/scrubing/scraping sound upon stopping
Brake pads and rotors have been replaced a couple ot times but the noise returns. The sound is coming from the right front wheel area. I thought it may possibly be a CV axle but all CV problems I have experienced have been either a cracking noise when turning or a shudder upon acceleration, I am experiencing no shuddering or cracking upon turns. Has anyone had experience with this.
