I bought this as a used vehicle and had it checked out prior to purchase. When trying to start it will crank but takes several attempts before it will start. I was initiallly told it had been sitting too long and to add Seafoam with a full tank of gas. The vehicle then stalled completely and I was told it required a new fuel pump. It now has an entirely new fuel pump module and is still having the same issue. It's primarily in the morning, and takes multiple attempts before it will catch and start. I am a newly single female starting over from scratch and cannot afford to get ripped off. I need some sort of starting point. I do not know how old the battery is, but have been told it's not the battery. Could it be spark plugs, or a timing issue? I would appreciate any information as I have had to relocate due to being laid off and am quite stuck. Thank you so very much.

Hello, I'd put a fuel pressure gage on it, double check that the pressure is ok. I'd also have the codes checked. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.

Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs? You need to do the testing, when the vehicle refuses to start.
