My grand am wouldnt start, I listened for the fuel pump to run when ignition turned on but didnt hear it running. At a buddys garage we checked all the fuses and relays and they were all good. We then dropped the fuel tank and replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. We decided to test it before we put the tank back up. When we tried to start car it still wouldnt start. We checked the voltage to the wiring harness to fuel pump and it seems there is no power getting to the pump. Any ideas?

If fuse and FP relay are good, do you have a security light flashing, which will cut power to pump.

Also check wiring to pump for cut wires and make sure ground is good. Does gas gauge work?
