I got an oil change last weekend and the transmission fluid was noted as full. The car hesitates when accelerating and is using gas quicker than usual. I'm taking it to a repair shop but would like to be prepared.

check the Throttle Position Sensor crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor Idle Air Control Valve MAP Sensor and EGR valve

The catalytic converter was clogged. I got it replaced and it's running fine now.
