Hello everybody

I have a 01 Pontiac grand am se, lately you cannt start the car, even if you do it will shuts off by itself right away or while you are driving it, you have to start the car at least 50 times then it will start off, but wen I put the key on on postion I dont hear my fuel pump kicking in, so I checked that out and they said there is nothing wrong with my fuel pump, also checked the security nothing showed up, I was wondering if someone please help me out here and tell me what to do next?

Note you have to tap the relay fuse box then it will start for you sometimes but then if you turn it off you cannt start it back on....

Hi Townnorth and TY for the donation

Check and test the fuel pump relay and fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit then get back with some results-could very well be the ignition switch that's doing it-
