My 2001 Pontiac Grand AM is having some problems. The Security light is on , not all of the time, but when it is on i am unable to use my radio, air conditioner,cruise control, interior lights, trunk latch button, door lock button. One time it would NOT start and then i kept playing with it. trying to start it , listening to see if the fuel pump was working (IT WAS) , undoing the gas cap and then it did start eventually start. but now it is just the security light and all the symptoms of that;unable to use my radio, air conditioner,cruise control, interior lights, trunk latch button, door lock button.
For anyone that is having similar problems i got my car fixed $851.00 it was the body control modulure.
