2001 Pontiac Grand Am Car will not start

when i went to start the car the engine will not rotate, check all fuses three times and changed the ignition switch, still nothing. do have security system on it, did turn key to run for ten minutes to let the system reset but still nothing. running out of ideals as to what could be the problem. what can it be?

The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal, should be hot/voltage with the key in the crank position. If it isn't, back track the circuit. That voltage comes from the ignition switch crank position through the neutral switch, to the starter solenoid S terminal. Any testing, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set.

Also, make sure the battery has a full charge and the battery connections, coming and going, are clean and tight on both ends.
