2001 grand am I have a cruising speed hesitation or surging it is driving me nuts i have changed the oxygen sensor,fuel regulator,fuel filter,evap emission soleniod,plug and wires,both coil packs,coil pack housing,icm module,fuel pump the only code that i have gotten is 440 evap please help me it also idles rough at operating temp idles good when cold i also changed the intake air temp sensor
