When it dies does it restart right away or do you have to wait for it to start?Also go to a auto parts store like auto zone and have them read your code's if you have any code's bring me back the number's. Let me know what you find.

I have a 91 grand am and it is doing the same thing! But I have to wait almost 20 mins before it'll stay started. The auto zone people said it was the IAC control valve but I am not sure I replaced it right because the idle still is weird. And the check engine light stayed on
