I am stumped first replaced water pump fine i think, done comppression text was low had the head serviced was warped had it plained two burnt valves thats replaced new gasket and bolts pressure tested no cracks now before all this she did over heat due to water pump was gone anyways all that still wont start checked the timing chain and noticed that the tensioner was sticking replaced it set timing still wont start, has not been turned over in a while no batteri two plugs bone dry and to wet of gas dryed them out put a small drop of oil in each cylinder used quick start and brand new batteri 700 cca still wont start did check spark was alright last summer might need to check it again new plugs and wires well they not wires rubber push ons tested all fuses they are fine cant understand what is wrong the gas was in the tank about a year and a haif mixed with fresh gas still wont start Engine Quad 4 2.4 twin cam PLEASE HELP ME
