How much would it cost me to replace my power steering rack and pump because every other day I have to put steering fluid in my car and ppl told me its ether my steering rack or pump so plz help me because it becomes very hard to turn

First identify the problem, the pump or rack (possibly both, but don't assume that).

Inspect the power steering pressure and return lines for any leaks. Inspect connections to the rack for leaks.
Inspect pump seals near pulley for leaks.

Rebuilt racks can run up to $500, but find the problem first.

Take it to a trusted garage for a diagnosis, find a family run business with ASE mechanics vs. A chain store.
