Was driving down the road and the check battery light would come on when I'd accelerate, and shut off when I'd slow down. Got to the point when it got to 30MPH it would stay on and the lights would dim so it is parked. Now it does not start, changed starter and selenoid, new battery, grounds and wires are correct. Starter works, selenoid works, ignition lights come on when the key is turned. Engine does not start. No signs of mechanical action.

Check your alternator. My van did the exact same thing. It will probably start with a jump, but won't get far. I replaced the alternator and the new battery i'd just bought and it fixed the problem. Even if the battery is brand new, it may need to be replaced because the faulty alternator more than likely ruined it.
