1995 Pontiac Grand Am was the moter already blown

1995 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the car was never driven hot it ran a little over half and when oil was checked it looked like choclete milk was this a sign that the heads were already blown because I was told it could be the intake gasket the car was not ticking or knocking before the gasket was changed, after the gasket was changed and flushed the car was ticking what could have happend or was it a wase of time to due the intake gasket?

Were is the noise coming from the top of motor or bottom of motor do these inspections and please let me know what you find out thank you

Inspect Valve Lifter Insufficient oil supply to valves and lifters.

Inspect Rocker Arm Worn or incorrectly adjusted rocker arm(s).

Inspect Rod Bearing Incorrect rod or main bearing clearances

Inspect Oil Pump Damaged or faulty oil pump

Inspect Oil Pump Drive Gear Damaged or faulty oil pump drive gear

Inspect Oil Pump Screen Clogged oil pump screen

Inspect Engine Oil Capacity Low engine oil level
