At times, my car will not start. It will turn over, but not "catch". Most times, when I'm at a stop, if I don't keep my foot on the gas the car will stall. And some times, even if I'm driving but don't have my foot on the gas, the car will stall. I'm thinking it is a fuel pump problem, but I'm not sure.

Hi, thanks for the donation. How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Around here, some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage and also check trouble codes.

As far as idling, could be an idle air issue. Cleaning the throttle-body might help? Take it off and clean.
