When I brake, the front axles seem to move backward and the car lurches. I think it is a problem with the A frame bushings. The rear bushing seems to have quite a bit of play in it. The brake pads are almost new. If it is the bushings, is this a back yard repair job?

i dont think they offer new bushings, only new control arms. its a back yard job. and if they are replacement bushings i usually have to weld them in because the control arms are too loose after you press the old ones out.
