1990 Pontiac Grand Am My car will not start!

Well this is what happend I drove my car into water and locked it up. I bent a rod and I replaced three of them along with alot of other stuff and basiclly got it over hauled. We replaced to fuel pump and strainer and the water pump spark plugs timing chain tentioner it turns over but I will make no effort to even try and start and I dnt know what to do. We were thank to fuel pump relay switch but we dnt know where that is located so can u pls help me.

If it was in water, it is most likely not one thing but many.

Check all fuses, apply 12V to terminal "G" of ALDL to power fuel pump, this will bypass relays and fuses.
