I bought bad gas at a station. I couldn't afford everything the mechanic wanted to do so I told them just drain the tank. The car dosn't run right. What all should be replaced or checked? The company I bought the gas from is going to pay the bill?

I've run into this before and the gas company has paid the bill if they are aware of when and where you bought the gas. Besides possibly needing a fuel pump and fuel filter you may need some injector work as you may have got junk in those as well. I doubt cleaning the injectors will help as they are probably filled with junk. I"m sure you r service engine light is on ..
