Engine will turn over but not crank. If I spray starter fluid it cranks up and stays running but at a high RPM (2000). Then when its put in drive or neutral it drops down significantly in RPM's (750-1000). Then when your driving it and come to a stop and begin to accelerate agian it chokes on the gas and barely goes then finally catches and goes just enough.

I've replaced spark plugs and wires, all vaccum hoses, the fuel pump and filter, the IAC, MAP sensor, and TPS.

I also lifted up the car and checked over the fuel lines for the most part and there doesnt appear to be any leaks...

any ideas?
