Battery is good , starter checks good. Nothing happens when you turn the ignition switch. Where is the starter relay?

Hey im not a master mechanic or anything but ive had 2camaros, a firebird, and a trans am. you should try checking the ignition switch, its down on the top of the steering column, its blue. there are two nuts holding the steering column, just take those off and it drops down until the steering wheel touches the seat. the high beam switch is held onto the steering column with the same screws as is the ignition switch so it will come off too. im not saying its the problem, but its definitely a possibility.
